Our Ruritan building and grounds are available to rent for a wide variety of activities. The building's kitchen contains a commercial grill and 2 commercial ovens, 2 traditional home-size ranges (one gas, one electric) and ovens, one full-size commercial refrigerator/freezer, one traditional home-size refrigerator/freezer, 2 large commercial sinks, microwave, stainless steel island and a very larg

e pass-through window which connects the kitchen to the open area of the building. 8' long tables and metal folding chairs are included with the rental. Grounds include a covered pavilion with a large grilling pit, beautiful flat ground right on the South Branch of the Potomac River with numerous areas perfect for professional photography settings, plenty of parking.
