Downtown Franklin means something different to everyone.

For some, it's where they work. For others, it's a favorite restaurant, a local shop, a community event, or a place to spend time with family and friends.

How people experience downtown matters, which is why we're asking for your input.

The Park Franklin Parking Study is now underway, and before any recommendations are made, we want to hear from the people who live, work, shop, dine, and visit downtown.

What's working? What challenges have you experienced? What should be considered as Franklin plans for the future?

The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and is open through July 10.

Learn more about this study and share your input here: https://input.franklintn.gov./en/folders/parkfranklin

Your feedback will help inform the study and future conversations about parking in downtown Franklin.

Tonight (Fri. 5/15), bring the family out to Jim Warren Park for Touch-A-Truck and Franklin's first-ever Drone Show!

Things get started at 5pm with our “No Horn Hour” until 6pm - a quieter experience for younger children and those sensitive to loud sounds. Explore a variety of vehicles, meet the crews who operate them, and enjoy an evening at the park before the skies light up with a special drone show beginning at 8:15pm.

A few things to know before you go:
• Additional free parking is available at Freedom Intermediate School
• Helicopters are expected to leave around 7pm
• Drone Show viewing area is marked near the park fields

We hope to see you there tonight!

See you this Friday at Jim Warren Park! 🎉
