Collection drives are organized at different sites for the gowns and accessories. Our goal is to have the drive completed by a certain date so that we know the type and breadth of our inventory. When someone drops off a dress/accessory and they want to swap for another they can pin their name and email to their dress when donating. They will then receive via email the actual voucher for their swap. For the gals that do not have a dress to swap, they are able to participate by shopping at the event. Dresses are 10-20.00 and accessories are under 5.00. The dress and accessories will be stored at a remote location in a paid storage facility and then put on display at the event location. Since 2016 it has been at The Gate Church Franklin on Murfreesboro Rd. If dresses came from a high school drive, dresses are coded with that school (CHS,FHS,etc). This will help the shoppers and swappers choose items that are not affiliated with their particular school. How you can help
Promote the upcoming Love the Dress! events, by posting advertising signs through your various forms of communication. I can provide promotional material to you. Organize your own dress drive collections We can provide signage and promotional materials for your date. I will be glad to coordinate it with you and assist you with the collections.
