Did you know that from September 15 to October 15, the Latinx/Hispanic community celebrates its vibrant culture and history?

honors the rich history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities to the U.S., acknowledging their significant impact across various fields.

Since mental health is often a taboo topic within the community, we’re on a mission to change that. Checkout these resources they shared to support you and your Latinx peers:

Fifteen years ago, our very own Brianna was sitting in a treatment center, feeling lost, afraid, and disconnected. Around her six-month milestone in recovery, she stepped into her first yoga class where she experienced a new kind of freedom.

As September comes to a close, we honor with Brianna’s story, reminding us that the work we do at Kula is not only for the communities we serve but also inspired by our own journeys of resilience and hope. 🧡

We hope you’ll take a moment to read Brianna’s full blog. Visit the link in our bio. 🔗

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. Su***de affects people from all walks of life, but systemic inequities make it even harder for BIPOC and marginalized communities to access care.

At Kula, we provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive support through mindfulness-based programs, peer-led conversations, and guided practices. Healing is personal, and everyone deserves care that meets them where they are.
