A little wind, a little rain, and a whole lot of Pride! 🌈

Quite a change from last year’s blistering sun and heat! This year, Frankfort Pride brought gray skies, gusty winds, and a little rain—but neither rain, sleet, snow, nor hail could keep Recovery Café Frankfort away!

Member Christopher, Member Leader Todd and Lead Recovery Coach Lindsey are holding down the Café table, literally, sharing a little about who we are, what we do, and the community we’re building together.

Whatever the weather, All Are Welcome! 🧡

Today was day 1 of our junk journaling school for recovery activity. Members and staff decorated our notebooks.

Went to the soft opening of Recovery Cafe SOS. Our members and staff got to enjoy the petting zoo, share a meal together and welcome the Cafe into the shelbyville community.

Excited to see how Shelby County residents will benefit from the Recovery Café Network joining the local community

Last night Recovery Cafe Frankfort got to travel to the Lexington Legends Station to watch the legends take on the dirty birds. Members and staff got the privilege of being around other community providers and their members for this annual recovery event.

It was extra special because many of our members had never experienced a ballgame before. Grateful for the opportunity to enhance another persons recovery journey through supportive sober fun activities like these.

Thank you Lexington Legends for playing such a memorable game and for Recovery Cafe Lexington for helping establish this event 5 years ago.
