Six men started their week off strong this morning at F3Frankfort at Black Cat for a 4 Corners beatdown to get the heart rate up and the legs moving.

Even better, we welcomed back a familiar face who returned after 2+ years away Riley Eller. That’s one of the best things about F3—no matter how long it’s been, the door is always open and the group is always ready to welcome you back.

Whether you’re a former PAX, someone looking to get back in shape, or just realizing spring break is around the corner, there’s always a spot for you.

Four pax braved the cold for a practical beatdown this morning. ❄️💪 Shovels in hand, we cleared sidewalks through TPA Park, 1 Adrian Marks Dr, Frankfort, IN 46041 — real work, real service, real fellowship.

Finished the morning warming up at the Coffeeteria at The Downtown Diner. Stronger men, cleaner sidewalks, better community. That’s F3. 🇺🇸☕

As 2025 came to an end, the F3Frankfort at Black Cat belt was officially passed from last year’s co-champions to its new holder—earned the old-fashioned way: showing up. The new champion posted 135 workouts, all held outdoors, no matter the weather, no matter the season. 💪🏻

F3: Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. We meet early, work hard, and hold each other accountable—because becoming better men doesn’t happen by accident.

Today’s beatdown wrapped up a cold, grinding week, and 5 PAX still showed up and put in the work. While the weather tried to thin the herd, the men of F3 endured-leaning into the discomfort, and proving that consistency doesn’t take the week off when it gets hard.

Next week is Christmas week, and there’s no better way to start your mornings than under the lights at Frankfort Parks & Recreation Frankfort Tpa Park. If you haven’t had a chance to see the Christmas display yet, this is your invitation:
