Join us! It should be a fun afternoon. :)

Celebrate community and our shared connection to the Kentucky River at Bonfire by the Bus! Join us for a free, family-friendly gathering featuring grilled hotdogs, s’mores around the fire, and cozy time by our converted school bus at the Boathouse—all overlooking the Kentucky River in downtown Frankfort.

It’s a simple way to come together in gratitude, enjoy good food and good company, and lift up the lands and waters that connect us.

Just pulled up from the Kentucky River after our first Pull Up & Paddle with Explore Kentucky — and what a great time it was! 🚣‍♀️🌿 Thanks to everyone who joined us on the water.

Our boathouse at River Row took on several feet of water during the recent flood, and we need your help to restore it. Join us this Saturday for a Volunteer Cleanup Day. All you need is some work shoes, your water bottle, and helping hands.

Bring a friend if you can! We hope to see you there!

To say we are grateful that the flood waters stopped rising would be an understatement.

Just short of rising over the flood wall by a few feet.

Downtown folks will need a hand when the water is gone. If you can volunteer through the city, or just a donation of food/clothes or water. .anything will help.

There are plenty of resources for info on what people might need. Check with the local health department, or other resources.

Please avoid downtown until the time is right.

Property can be replaced but people can't.

The KY River is going to crest at the all time high since it's been recorded. List to public officials and stay safe!
