This event is FREE to attend

💵PTO will be selling whole pizzas for dinner! There will be tables set up for fundraisers for drinks and dessert as well!

🎃if you’d like to do a hayride, corn maze and take home a pumpkin, you can pay $7 to Happy Jacks

The PTO will also provide free games for families to play together!

Peaks Mill Elementary PTO is now accepting vendor applications for the Patriots Merry Market!

📅 Friday, December 11
⏰ 5:00–8:00 PM
📍 Peaks Mill Elementary

While our students enjoy shopping for their families in our Kid’s Shop, parents and other guests will have the opportunity to shop our Vendor Market — and we’d love to have you join us!

Vendor Details:
• $30 vendor fee, payable to Peaks Mill PTO upon confirmation of your spot
• Approximately 10’ × 10’ vendor space
• Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, displays and other setup needs
• Electrical access is available upon request
• Indoor event

We want our Vendor Market to offer a great variety of products and businesses, so we will generally accept no more than two vendors within the same product category (for example: apparel, baked goods/desserts, jewelry, etc.).

Space is limited, and applications will be reviewed in the order received.
🌟 Submitting the interest form does not guarantee a vendor space. Once your application is approved, your space will be confirmed upon receipt of the $30 vendor fee.

Interested? Complete the attached Vendor Interest Form with information about your business and the products you plan to offer. We’ll contact you to confirm availability in your category and provide payment/setup information.

We’re excited to fill the Merry Market with local makers, small businesses and lots of fun things for our families to shop! 🎄❤️

The dance is TOMORROW September 25th right after school.

Additional glow items will be on sale-students may bring money to purchase those ON THE DAY OF THE DANCE and will hold on to it until dance time. Teachers will not be able to hold on to that extra money for students.

All students who attend the dance will be picked up through the car line. If you already have an afternoon car tag, you will use that. For those who do not already have a car tag, a temporary yellow car tag was Wednesday. All vehicles MUST HAVE a car tag to pick students up!!! We do know that dismissal will take time due to the number of students staying for the dance so we ask for your patience as we move the line and get all students dismissed safely. Please do not plan to park in the parking lot or along the roadside to walk over and get your child.

We are so excited for this event and can't wait to see our students' amazing dance moves!!!

MUM PICKUP IS TODAY!! Don't forget that pick up will be TODAY from 3:30-5:00. When picking up, please pull around back to the bus circle and find the PTO representatives for help gathering your order. Please send one representative per child/order to pickup.
