06/08/2026

Want to get more involved in Frankenmuth, meet new people, and make a difference in your community?

The Frankenmuth Jaycees are a group of young adults dedicated to community service, leadership development, and creating positive change through projects and events that benefit Frankenmuth and beyond. From organizing community events and fundraisers to supporting local nonprofits and developing future leaders, we're always looking for people who want to make an impact while having a little fun along the way.

Join us tonight at 7:30 PM at The Station 100 for our monthly meeting!

We'll be hearing from the Frankenmuth Historical Association and getting an update from the Chamber of Commerce on the exciting new sports complex project, plus sharing information on upcoming volunteer opportunities, community projects, and ways to get involved.

Whether you're interested in volunteering, leadership, networking, or simply learning more about your community, we'd love to meet you. Guests are always welcome!

🐾 Help Shape the Future of Hund Platz Dog Park! 🐾

The Frankenmuth Jaycees, in partnership with Parks & Recreation, are exploring possible improvements to Hund Platz Dog Park, and we’d love your input!

Think:
🐶 better drainage
🐶 accessibility improvements
🐶 new amenities
🐶 an even better experience for both pups and people

Right now, we’re simply gathering ideas and feedback from the community. No plans or decisions have been finalized yet. This survey will help us better understand what dog owners and community members would love to see in the future.

Take the survey here:

You’ll also find paper copies and QR codes available at Hund Platz, local veterinary offices, and around the community.

Whether you’re a daily dog park visitor or just have ideas to share, we want to hear from you! 🦴

The Frankenmuth Jaycees are partnering with Parks & Recreation to revitalize Hund Platz Dog Park. We’re exploring improvements including ADA accessibility, improved drainage, separate small/large dog areas, and a new themed entrance. We’d love your input!

175 trees. One really big impact. 🌳

This Arbor Day, our community showed up in the best way.

Those 175 trees we gave away

They’re going to do a lot more than just look nice.
Over time, they’ll:
• Pull 8,000+ lbs of carbon out of the air every year
• Help keep our neighborhoods cooler
• Reduce flooding and runoff
• Support birds, pollinators, and local ecosystems
• Even increase property values

Kind of wild for a few hours on a Friday afternoon, right?

Thanks to everyone who came out and made it happen. This is the kind of impact that keeps growing. 🌱

175 trees. Gone in under 30 minutes. 🌳

You all showed UP.

We are officially sold out and so grateful for the support and excitement around this event.

Keep an eye out for a follow-up on the impact… it’s bigger than you think. 👀🌱

This is what it’s all about!

This is what it’s all about!

We had a truly special moment at List Elementary this week.

Aria, one of our third grade students, presented our school with a check for $900 that she raised during the Winterlaufe race.

The Winterlaufe is a long-standing community tradition here in Frankenmuth, and it takes real determination to take part in the middle of a Michigan winter. Aria did not just participate. She went all in.

She worked alongside the Frankenmuth Jaycees, helped with race registration, and attended committee meetings. Because of efforts like hers, the race raised over $10,000 this winter for local charities.

And then she took it one step further by raising $900 to give back to our school.

That is leadership. That is service. That is what it looks like to make a difference.

Aria, we are incredibly proud of you. Thank you for your generosity, your effort, and the example you’ve set for all of us.
