We were delighted to host the Frankenmuth Fire Department today. They shared impressive statistics from their program and discussed the challenges of their current location, presenting tentative plans for new facilities. Our community is fortunate to have this dedicated team of volunteers. Notably, they acknowledged the support of local employers who permit firefighters to respond to emergency calls, enabling the department's effective service.

Today's meeting at the Warenhaus was a great success. We were pleased to host two guests who are potentially interested in joining our club. We marked National Scotch Tape Day with an enjoyable team-building exercise where participants covered a teammate with tape and attempted to stick Pom Poms to them, with the team accumulating the most stuck Pom Poms declared the winner. With the Duck Race approaching, tickets are now available for purchase from any Rotarian, as well as at Bigby Coffee, Diversified Physical Therapy, and Rummel Studio.

The first-place winners of our Oratorical contest presented their essays today on the 'Unite for Good' theme to club members. They were excellent. We think there were some future Rotarians in our midst!
