OUT MetroWest OUT MetroWest fosters communities where LGBTQ+ youth thrive. We serve youth from communities across eastern and central Massachusetts.

OUT MetroWest offers more than a dozen free meetings and events for LGBTQ+ youth and allies each month. Our programs are offered free of charge to participants and do not require referrals or advance sign-up. Contact us with questions or to learn more! OUT MetroWest recognizes the Nipmuc and Massachusett nations, on whose traditional lands we deliver our programs, and further acknowledges that LGBTQ+ liberation is not possible without Indigenous liberation.

Our annual Come OUT & Celebrate Gay-la is a celebration of our vibrant community, and a night of q***r joy as we fundraise for the future of our LGBTQ+ youth programming. We are seeking 2026 Sponsors for this uplifting event, held on October 22nd from 6-9pm at Jack’s Abby in Framingham!✨🌈🦄🏳️‍⚧️

Since 2011, OUT MetroWest has risen to meet the needs of LGBTQ+ youth, launching new programs based on community demand. We act as a social hub for LGBTQ+ youth, offering weekly programs for middle and high schoolers, monthly programs for elementary youth and young adults, frequent community-wide events and education sessions for the broader community.

With staff and youth remarks, featured entertainment, raffle, and more, this all-ages event brings together around 250 guests including donors, local politicians, organizational partners, community members, and youth and families from our programs.

Huge thank you to all of our OUT and Active Athletes who ran the Falmouth Road Race this weekend!🎽🏁🌈🦞 Our team of runners did an absolutely phenomenal job on this 7 mile course, AND raised $14,939 for our FREE, life-saving LGBTQ+ program and resources🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Help us plan and execute our NEW Art Showcase🎨🎭🖌🖼️

Coming on January 2027, we are launching our inaugural OUTstanding Art Showcase to raise sustaining funds for our LGBTQ+ youth programing and support local Q***r and ally artists!

We are looking for volunteers who are excited about event planning, fundraising, networking with artists, and are willing to jump right in to make this NEW event come to life. We currently have 4 volunteers on the team - we are looking for 6-8 more to join the committee as soon as TODAY!
