We want to extend our condolences to the Johnston Family. JPCF was able to help alleviate the financial burden that cancer was having on Heather’s family last year through our financial assistance program. The assistance helped pay bills, allowing their family to go on a few vacations before Heather became too ill. Heather was a true warrior and a great mom. She leaves behind her partner and two daughters ages 9 and 2.

Gel manicures have been popular for years thanks to the vibrant colors that don’t chip and last for weeks. But after a beauty queen’s bout with melanoma, there are renewed concerns those colorful fingertips could come with cancer.
