We are pleased to share a major win for our community! Over the past few months, the Board has been hard at work advocating on behalf of all homeowners to address past performance and service issues with our management company, LandArc.

Through persistent, direct negotiation and careful oversight, your Board successfully secured nearly $10,000 in rebates back to our HOA funds! 💰✨

Every dollar returned goes directly back into protecting and enhancing our neighborhood assets. We firmly believe in holding all vendors to the highest standards of service, and your Board remains committed to protecting your investment, keeping community management transparent, and managing our operating funds with maximum care.

Thank you to all our neighbors for your ongoing support, feedback, and engagement. We are proud to serve this community and will keep working hard to deliver the strong, proactive leadership Red Cedar Crossing deserves.

We’re working towards assessing any active damage from the storm last night. Please reach out via an email to the board during this time so we are aware and hopefully answer questions related to the damage. We hope everyone is safe follow last night. Please reach out with concerns, thank you.

The Sidewalk project is currently in process. The vendor is beginning in the front of the community to start. Please be mindful of the caution tape around the work area and workers on the replacement or repair. Thank you!

Our monthly board meeting is next week on Thursday August 20th 6pm at the Fowlerville Library for any who have concerns or questions in the community.

The June 30 deadline for individual sidewalk repairs has passed.
If you are currently making repairs, or completed them AFTER the deadline, please contact LandArc immediately so they can remove your home from the upcoming community group project.

Please note the list is being submitted to the contractor *TOMORROW*. It will NOT be revised after that and you will be responsible for related charges.

Hi all - Just a heads-up that our monthly HOA board meeting is happening tomorrow, Thursday, June 18th, from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

⚠️ If you have an appeal to submit to the board, please make sure to come out and share.

📢 An important note on neighborhood maintenance:
Please be aware that all sidewalk repairs will be reviewed after the June 30th repair deadline.

To all who are concerned,

There was a routine annual flushing of the well house and no residents should be alarmed or foresee an expectant increase in their individual water consumption because of this maintenance that occurred.
