The Sidewalk project is currently in process. The vendor is beginning in the front of the community to start. Please be mindful of the caution tape around the work area and workers on the replacement or repair. Thank you!

Our monthly board meeting is next week on Thursday August 20th 6pm at the Fowlerville Library for any who have concerns or questions in the community.

The June 30 deadline for individual sidewalk repairs has passed.
If you are currently making repairs, or completed them AFTER the deadline, please contact LandArc immediately so they can remove your home from the upcoming community group project.

Please note the list is being submitted to the contractor *TOMORROW*. It will NOT be revised after that and you will be responsible for related charges.

Hi all - Just a heads-up that our monthly HOA board meeting is happening tomorrow, Thursday, June 18th, from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

⚠️ If you have an appeal to submit to the board, please make sure to come out and share.

📢 An important note on neighborhood maintenance:
Please be aware that all sidewalk repairs will be reviewed after the June 30th repair deadline.

To all who are concerned,

There was a routine annual flushing of the well house and no residents should be alarmed or foresee an expectant increase in their individual water consumption because of this maintenance that occurred.
