Cork and Rick are officially on the road, beginning their 8-day ride from Pacifica to Oceanside to raise funds and awareness for youth mental health programs through NAMI Orange County.

Today marks the first miles of a journey powered by community, hope, and the belief that no young person should face mental health challenges alone.

Family-to-Family is a no-cost, 8-session program designed for family members and caregivers looking for support, education, and connection with others who understand.

In this class, you’ll learn:
✔️ Communication and coping strategies
✔️ How to support your loved one while caring for yourself
✔️ Insight into mental health conditions and recovery
✔️ Ways to navigate challenges with confidence
