Here are 4 important reasons to Vote Yes on the Saguaro Bond Issue:
1) Impact on Property Values - Poor streets create poor impressions and make our homes less attractive to potential buyers.

2) Impact on Commerce

- Fountain Hills relies very heavily on its sales tax revenue. We have no Town real property tax, so whether you shop in town or not, it is important to you to keep our commercial traffic through Saguaro Blvd flowing smoothly.

3) Impact on Town Safety - Poor roads lead to increased accidents and have an adverse impact on our fire, police and ambulance response.

4) Impact on Town Image - Let's face it. We all know towns or cities where the streets are a mess and have been for years. Instead, show everyone that Fountain Hills takes pride of ownership and cares for its streets. Election Information
This is an all-mail election. You will receive your ballot around October 12th. It must be returned by November 5th. When you get your ballot, open it, read the arguments that have been placed on the ballot and, we hope, vote YES on the issue. This is your street and the decision is up to you.
