Downward dog is way more fun when there’s a goat on your back! 🐐🧘‍♀️

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Goat Yoga last night! Huge thanks to Rainbow Ridge Farms for bringing out their adorable, talented, and highly affectionate goats, they were the true stars of the evening.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a night of stretches, smiles, and a little bit of chaos.
