Homebuyer Qualification packets are due Friday, December 12 by 5 p.m. to the Fostoria Learning Center. If you meet the income limits, and are interested in one of the new homes, apply! Remember, only qualified buyers will be able to participate in the offer process and the offer process will dictate the price of each home. This means the sale price of the home will be in the affordability range of those who have been prequalified and are invited to the offer process.
