Our final concert of the Summer Concert Series is going to be one heck of a way to close out the season. Night Session Big Band brings that BIG, brassy, swingin’ sound that makes it nearly impossible to sit still — so grab your lawn chair, bring the family, invite your friends and come spend the evening with us! 🎷💃🕺

We love seeing Fostoria show up for its community, and this weekend is another great reminder of just how much there is to celebrate right here at home.

The final free Summer Concert of the Fostoria Community Arts Council and the City of Fostoria will be held Sunday, August 16 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm at the Wainwright Amphitheater in Foundation Park on South Union St., Fostoria.
The very talented Night Sessions will perform at this extended time event. Starting at 6:30 pm. The Night Session Big Band is a 19-piece dance band of northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan featuring the vocal talents of Megan Beckett and Mark Owen!
This free concert is provided through grants by the Geary Family Foundation and the Greater Toldedo Foundation.
In case of rain....The rain location will be at Venue 18 on SR18, Columbus Ave. A notification will be posted on the Arts Council face book page at 5:00 pm on the Arts Council's face book page.
So...come out, bring a chair or sit in the bleachers and enjoy fantastic free music with your friends at the park!

Join the Fostoria Community Arts Council and the City of Fostoria for the final Lunch on the Lawn of 2026!

Enjoy a relaxing lunch break filled with live music from local favorite M’Lissa Prottengeier while grabbing a delicious lunch from Beans (those ribbon fries are the BOMB)!

Bring your coworkers, friends, lawn chairs, or just yourself and help us close out another great Lunch on the Lawn season!

After enjoying Lunch on the Lawn, come back downtown later that evening for the to School Bash with the Community Foundation for even more community fun, activities, and excitement!

Turns out... a room full of people, yarn, laughter, and snacks is a pretty great way to spend an hour or two. 🧶💛

Last week's Fiber Friday was exactly what we hoped it would be: a relaxed, welcoming space where projects were started, stories were shared, and new friendships began to take shape.

Missed the meetup? No worries! That's the beauty of Fiber Fridays... there's always next Friday.

Whether you've been knitting for decades, just learned what a crochet hook is, or have a bag of supplies that's been waiting for "someday," we'd love to have you join us.

🧶 Fridays at 10:00 AM
✔️ Supplies available if you need them.
✔️ Bring your current project if you have one.
✔️ Bring a friend, a snack, and your favorite emotional support water bottle.
✔️ No experience required—just come as you are.
