Join us for some fellowship and invasives education/removal this Saturday, October 19, 9:30am-noon at The Gardens of Vernon Township, 602 Vitality Dr, Fortville! It’s supposed to be pleasant and sunny. We are tackling bush honeysuckle, callery pear, and white mulberry. Wear long pants and closed toed shoes. Please bring loppers and gloves, but some will be provided. Snacks and drinks provided. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! This event will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.

Who’s ready to wrangle?! This Saturday, October 12, 9:30am-noon, we are removing Amur bush honeysuckle from the Pennsy Trail connector at Brandywine Park, Greenfield. Meet in the parking lot, and we will hike to the work area. We will have a short educational session about honeysuckle, then we will cut those suckers down! Wear long pants and closed toed shoes. We will have loppers and gloves, but bring your own if preferred. Snacks and drinks provided. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Hope to see you there!
