a big THANK YOU to everyone who came out Saturday (despite the rain) for the annual Ft. Wright Garden Club Plant Swap and Sale! Everyone had a great time and found lots of plants for their own gardens. It's always fun helping new gardeners pick first plants and see experienced gardeners find some great tried and true performing plants. More pics to come!

Reminder that you DO NOT have to bring plants to participate! This event is the only fundraiser for the Ft. Wright Garden Club each year and a great way to find reliable plants that are growing in our gardens!

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT! Welcome to the kick-off for our new season of gardening! Our first meeting with our new officers will be on February 12th at the South Hills Civic Club (10 Bluegrass Avenue, Ft. Wright, KY) starting at 7PM.

Once again, our talented Vice-Presidents (Peg Palmer and Nancy Zink) have planned an excellent program. They and Annette Boehm will be providing plastic pots, soil, and bulbs, teaching us how to force bulbs. Bring a special pot if you prefer. Refreshments will be provided. See you there!
