Gurlfriends Intl God Understands Relationship Letdowns; to build and help restore broken women to wholeness. My divorce left me penniless with five small children to raise.

The idea for GURLfriends came in the midst of the emotional aftermath of a failed marriage. God gave me the inspiration to help other women who may find themselves wading knee-deep in betrayal, rejection, pain, abuse, loneliness and trauma. Prior to my split, I had not worked. After the split, I was the sole provider. It was an overwhelming task. I earned my associates degree in psychology. All fi

ve of my children are now grown, with kids of their own. In sharing my story, I hope to become a beacon of light for you, and other women like you, who so desperately need it when all they see is darkness. I hope to share resources, tips and strategies with you that helped me get through one of the darkest, toughest times of my life, and come out flourishing on the other side. Join us Monday August 10th at 7:30 am as we pray over the schools, teachers, students, administrators and support staff.

Aug. 5: Prayer for your child’s administrators and their support staff

Scripture: If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. James 1:5

Dear God, thank you for our child’s school administrators and their staff. Give them abundant wisdom. Bless them with integrity, physical and mental energy. Give them patience when complaints arise. May they be approachable, professional and friendly. Give them wisdom on how to keep the school campuses safe from all outside harmful forces. Lord, surround them and the schools with your protecting angels. Give them discernment in dealing with all the problems they will face. When they feel discouraged, send encouragement to help them to cast all their cares on you, and teach them how to handle stress. Let them feel your love and protection at all times, especially during very trying times. Bless the new administrator. Give them mentors that can help them this year. Keep their mind protected by teaching them how to keep their mind stayed on you, Lord. Protect them, their families and the schools they have been assigned from all hurt, harm and danger this school year. Let this go down in the records as the best school year ever. In Jesus name, Amen.

Good morning starting Monday August 10, 2026 GURLfriends will be going live praying for the listeners children, schools, support staff and administrators at 7:30am. Please tune in and come in agreement with the prayers going forth. See you then!

August 3: Prayer for your child's teachers

Lord, we thank you for teachers. Help them to be a model of good works, integrity, dignity, and sound speech. Give them discernment into the lives of all of their students. Let your love for all the students be shown through them. With all the uncertainty surrounding going back into the classroom give them strength and a resolve to totally trust you. Meet all their needs mentally, physically, emotionally and financially. Order all their steps. When they feel discouraged send someone alongside them to encourage them. Put your protection around them, their classrooms, their schools and their families. Give them peace when they are anxious and afraid. Let this year be abundantly blessed by you. In Jesus name. Amen. Titus 2:7-8
