As CPR & AED Awareness Week comes to an end, we have one challenge for you:

Learn CPR.
Teach your family.
Know where the AED is located.
Be willing to act.

The person who saves a life is often not a medical professional. It is someone who was prepared.

Let's build stronger, safer communities together.

Day 6 – Delyth’s Legacy

Delyth’s Heart Foundation was created in loving memory of our daughter, Delyth.

Through awareness, education, and CPR training, we are committed to helping families learn the signs, know the risks, and be prepared to act.

Every life we touch honors her legacy.

Every person who learns CPR helps us continue her mission.

❤️ Delyth Forever 6.

Day 5 - Know Where the AED Is

AED stands for Automated External Defibrillator.
These life-saving devices are designed for ordinary people to use during a cardiac emergency. They provide clear, step by step voice instructions and will only deliver a shock if it is needed.

In a cardiac emergency, every minute matters.

Knowing where the nearest AED is located and being willing to use it could help save a life.

Today, take a moment to ask yourself:

⚡ Do I know where the nearest AED is?
⚡ Does my child’s school have one?
⚡ Would I know how to use it in an emergency?

A small device can make a life changing difference.

Honoring Little Hearts. Saving Young Lives.

Day 4 – Learn Hands Only CPR

Could you save a life if someone collapsed in front of you?

Hands Only CPR is simple:

1️⃣ Call 911
2️⃣ Push hard and fast in the center of the chest

That’s it.

You do not have to be perfect. Doing something is always better than doing nothing.

CPR saves lives.

DAY 3: CHILDREN ARE NOT TOO YOUNG

One of the biggest misconceptions about sudden cardiac arrest is that it only happens to adults.

The reality is that sudden cardiac arrest can affect children and teenagers, even those who appear healthy, active, and thriving.

That is why it is so important to know the warning signs and listen when a child says something does not feel right.

🚩 Chest pain
🚩 Fainting or passing out
🚩 Unexplained dizziness
🚩 Shortness of breath
🚩 Racing heartbeat

While sudden cardiac arrest in children is rare, awareness can save lives.

At Delyth's Heart Foundation, we are committed to educating families, raising awareness, and teaching life saving CPR skills because every child deserves the chance to grow, dream, and thrive.

DAY 1: It Starts With You ❤️

Today marks the beginning of CPR & AED Awareness Week.

When sudden cardiac arrest happens, every second matters. Survival often depends on the actions of the people nearby before emergency responders arrive.

The person who saves a life is not always a doctor, nurse, or paramedic. Often, it is a parent, teacher, coach, friend, or bystander who chooses to step forward and act.

Learning CPR. Knowing where an AED is located. Being willing to respond in an emergency.

It all starts with you.

At Delyth’s Heart Foundation, we believe that awareness leads to action, and action saves lives. Throughout this week, we will be sharing life-saving information, resources, and ways you can help protect little hearts in your community.

Together, we can make a difference.

❤️ Honoring Little Hearts. Saving Young Lives.

Did you know that myocarditis, an often silent inflammation of the heart, can cause sudden cardiac arrest in children?

At Delyth’s Heart Foundation, we are committed to spreading awareness and teaching CPR to equip families with life-saving knowledge.

Every child’s heart matters. Let’s protect them one heartbeat at a time.

may take them away from our arms, but never from our hearts.

Today, on Bereaved Mother’s Day, we gathered to honor the lives of children gone too soon and to stand in support of the mothers who carry their love every single day.

At Delyth’s Heart Foundation, this day is deeply meaningful. It is a reminder that behind our mission are real families, real stories, and an unbreakable love that continues beyond loss.

We had the privilege of attending a remembrance gathering today in honor of Delyth and so many beautiful lives. It was a space filled with strength, unity, and compassion.

To every bereaved mother, we see you. Your love matters. Your child’s life matters. And their legacy lives on.

In loving memory.
Forever loved.
Forever remembered.
Forever 6.

Not every heart condition comes with a warning.
But awareness can be the difference between life and loss.

At Delyth’s Heart Foundation, our mission is simple but urgent:

To educate families.
To empower communities.
To protect young hearts.

Too many parents don’t know the signs.
Too many children go unchecked.
Too many lives change in an instant.

Through awareness, education, and CPR training, we are building a generation that is prepared not panicked.

Stand with us.
Learn with us.

Share this message because one conversation could save a life.
