📌 Announcement: Journey of Peace in Thailand, India & Nepal — June 2026

We are deeply honored to share that Venerable Bhikkhu Paññākāra and our venerable monks will embark on an important journey to Thailand, India, and Nepal this June 2026. This journey is dedicated to the vital preparations for commencing the building of the Dhammacetiya—The Ancient Sacred Buddhist Scripture Stupas. Far more than just a physical building, the Dhammacetiya is envisioned as a timeless sanctuary and a global landmark for peace, loving-kindness, compassion, and wisdom, planned to rise right here on our dedicated land in Fort Worth, Texas, USA.

📍 Thailand — June 1–8, 2026
- Most Venerable Ratanaguṇa, Venerable Bhikkhu Paññākāra, and the Thai venerable monks of the Walk for Peace will receive The Ashoka Pillar Moral Leadership Award—an honorary distinction recognizing individuals who demonstrate outstanding ethical governance, community service, and dedication to moral and Buddhist values.

- Meetings with senior venerable monks regarding the groundwork for the Dhammacetiya.

📍 India & Nepal — June 8–17, 2026
- Architectural meetings regarding the construction of the Dhammacetiya.

- Site visits to stone quarries for sourcing the materials for Dhammacetiya construction.

🌺 What is the Dhammacetiya - The Ancient Sacred Buddhist Scripture Stupas?

The Dhammacetiya, initiated by Venerable Bhikkhu Paññākāra and overseen by Most Venerable Ratanaguṇa, features 840 magnificent stupas planned to be built on the grounds of the Hương Đạo Vipassanā Bhavānā Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

This grand structure is built to permanently preserve the Buddha’s timeless teachings on wisdom, peace, loving-kindness, and compassion. Crafted from enduring granite and strong steel to last for centuries, it is an open, welcoming sanctuary for people of all backgrounds, faiths, cultures, races, and ethnicities. It will serve as a peaceful space for anyone to practice mindfulness and personal reflection—spreading waves of loving-kindness and harmony out into the world as a meaningful gift for everyone and all generations to come.

As our venerable monks step forward into this vital next chapter across Asia, we warmly invite everyone, near and far, to join hands and walk together with us in spirit. Your shared intentions, prayers, and mindful presence are the true foundation of this journey.

May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

🌸 Good morning, everyone! Our journey together continues today, reminding us that true peace doesn't come from trying to change the outside world, but from shining the light of peace within.

In our busy daily activities, it is so easy to react without mindfulness. Today, let us make a different choice. Let us choose to walk through this day with patience, to speak with gentle kindness, and to anchor our minds in the present moment. Every step taken with mindfulness is a step that heals the world.

Today is going to be our peaceful day.
May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏

✍ If we move through the world with a tight and guarded heart, holding on to every small grievance, even the gentlest wave can feel like it is pulling us under. But when we learn to relax, to live softly, and to bring mindfulness into each simple activity of our daily life, something quietly shifts — the mind becomes a peaceful anchor, steady and unhurried, even as the tides around us continue to change.

So much of our weariness does not come from what life brings us. It comes from the mind that has not yet learned to rest — drifting from one anxious thought to the next, following a worry down a long corridor, until we surface somewhere far from where we began. And yet, with mindfulness as our gentle companion, this too can slowly and lovingly change.

We can begin by letting the small irritations pass without gathering them up. When the heart is no longer bracing against every little thing, it naturally opens — and in that openness, there is so much more room for rest, for warmth, for the simple joy of being alive.

We can bring that same softness into everything we do. Walking, eating, washing, working — each one an invitation to relax the body, breathe with awareness, and arrive fully in the moment at hand. When mindfulness touches even the smallest action, the pull of yesterday's regrets and tomorrow's worries grows quietly, gently dim.

And when something difficult arises, the mind that has learned to rest simply notices — watching each wave of emotion with clarity and compassion, the way we might watch clouds moving through an open sky.

When we live this way, the thoughts that once felt so heavy begin to loosen their hold. Emotions still come and go. But beneath them, the mind remains like still, deep water. Calm. Clear. Tenderly, peacefully at home.

May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

🌸 Good morning, everyone! The morning light arrives with a gentle touch, waking the world with whispers of hope. Let us open our windows and our hearts to this new beginning. Today is a sacred gift—a quiet invitation to breathe consciously, to live mindfully, to act and speak kindly, and to move through the world with a spirit of peaceful wonder.

Today is going to be our peaceful day.
May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

✍️ Every step we place upon the earth is a fresh beginning, a chance to start again. When we truly let go of what we’ve been carrying—the lingering regrets, the old pains, the stories we keep retelling ourselves about who we are and what happened—each present moment suddenly transforms into a pristine, white page, waiting for us to write something beautiful.

Reality is inherently ever-fresh, like morning dew on grass. It is only our minds that tend to repeat old patterns, playing the same recordings over and over, living in memories instead of in the miracle of right now.

When we are no longer bound by narrow views of ourselves—by yesterday’s failures or even yesterday’s successes—the vitality and creativity within us flow most powerfully. We cease living through memory and begin living through the miraculous breath of this present moment, this “now” that is always new, always offering us another chance.

The passing days of this precious life are not merely repetitive cycles of time. They are opportunities to redefine who we are, to choose again, to walk forward differently than we walked before. In the light of mindfulness, we realize something liberating: we are not defined by what has happened to us, but by how we choose to meet what’s happening now, by how we choose to walk forward from here.

Let every morning be an invitation to enter life with the spirit of a free person—complete, radiant, peaceful in every beat of the heart, unburdened by the weight of who we used to be, open to who we might become.

You are not your past. You are this very moment. And this moment is always, always a fresh beginning for whichever path you choose to walk upon.

May you and all beings be well, happy, and at peace. 🙏✨

📸 Walk With Us Through Photos: Peace Walk at the Parliament of Canada - On May 25, 2026, Venerable Bhikkhu Paññākāra, together with the venerable monks and nuns and many participants in the National Gathering for Canadian Buddhist Heritage Month, took part in a peace walk in front of the Parliament of Canada in Ottawa.

The venerable monks and nuns and all participants walked together in silent mindfulness. Each step was a prayer. Each breath was an offering. Each moment was a return to peace.

It was a profoundly moving experience to witness people from many backgrounds, traditions, and walks of life coming together in shared stillness—walking not just with their feet, but with their hearts.

We are deeply grateful to the Canadian Buddhist Heritage Month community, the venerable monks and nuns of all traditions, and every participant who joined this peace walk. Together, we carried the message of peace, mindfulness, and harmony to the symbolic heart of Canada.

May the seeds of peace planted during this walk continue to grow in our hearts and spread throughout the world.

May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

🌅Good morning, everyone! As the sun rises to grace this new day, let us rise with it—renewed in spirit, anchored in hope, and ready to embrace peace in every heartbeat.

In the quiet of these early hours, we invite you to settle into the rhythm of your breath. May we be mindful of our thoughts, gentle with our words, and compassionate in our actions. Let us treat our own hearts with tender care, extending that same warmth to everyone we encounter today.

Remember, the peace we cultivate within ourselves is the greatest gift we can offer the world. It ripples outward, touching lives and healing hearts far beyond what we can see.

Today is going to be our peaceful day.
May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

📌 Venerable Bhikkhu Paññākāra's Address at Canada’s Parliament Hill in Ottawa

On May 25, 2026, at the National Gathering for Canadian Buddhist Heritage Month at Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Venerable Bhikkhu Paññākāra delivered an address on peace and mindfulness. Reflecting on the Walk for Peace journeys across the United States and Sri Lanka, where venerable monks walked thousands of miles to raise awareness for loving-kindness, he shared a powerful message of inner transformation.

"Because of unmindfulness, we always react. When we react, we suffer, and with that suffering, we create more problems in the world. I have seen so much suffering, and I asked myself: What can a Buddhist monk do to support people? For that reason, the Walk for Peace was created—to help people slow down, reflect, and look within, so peace can happen.

If we are always chasing the outside world and materialities, there will be no peace for us. But if we slow down and look back within, peace will begin. Without loving-kindness and mindfulness, we cannot bring peace to ourselves. Thousands of people came out to support this mission. Now, many are practicing mindfulness to bring peace to themselves, their families, communities, and the world."

He closed with a heartfelt prayer: "I truly hope that all beings in this country and around the world live in peace, compassion, loving-kindness, and harmony."

We are deeply grateful for this historic opportunity to share the message of peace at Parliament Hill.

May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

🌅 Good morning, everyone! As we welcome this new day, let us begin with something simple and always available to us: our breath. Breathing in, we know we are breathing in. Breathing out, we know we are breathing out. In this gentle awareness, we find peace.

May we carry mindfulness with us throughout the day—in our conversations, in our work, in our quiet moments, in every interaction. May we remember that peace begins within, and from there, it naturally flows outward to everyone we meet.

Each mindful breath is a step on the path of peace. Each moment of presence is a gift we give ourselves and the world.

Today is going to be our peaceful day.
May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏
