📌 Update: Walking Together for Nepal Flood Relief, Day 4 | Elkotgadhi Village | October 11, 2026
On the fourth day of our Nepal relief journey, our delegation representing Walk for Peace, Huong Tu Loving Kindness Foundation, and Aloka Peace Foundation arrived in Elkotgadhi Village, Municipality-7, to bring relief supplies to families affected by the flash floods.
Every place we visit carries its own stories of loss, courage, and hope. Today, we met families continuing to move forward despite the difficulties the floods have placed before them. We listened, shared what had been entrusted to us, and hoped that this assistance might bring some comfort and make the days ahead a little easier.
The smiles we received were deeply moving. They reminded us that even during times of great hardship, a caring presence can bring warmth and encouragement. What reached Elkotgadhi Village today was made possible by many compassionate hearts from near and far.
To everyone who contributed, volunteered, prayed, shared our updates, or quietly kept the people of Nepal in your thoughts, please know that your loving-kindness was present here today. Together, we have taken another step in bringing relief, care, and hope to those rebuilding their lives.
We offer our deepest gratitude for continuing to walk beside us on this journey.
May the people of Elkotgadhi Village find the strength and support they need. May their lives soon become stable again, and may healing and peace return to every family and home.
