Texas A&M Public Interest Law Fellowship

Texas A&M Public Interest Law Fellowship Welcome to the Texas A&M Law Fellowship Program. The student run group provides summer stipends to students providing important pro bono legal services.

The Texas A&M Law Fellowship is a student run organization devoted to raising awareness of legal work in the public interest sector. The fellowship program funds internships for deserving law school students performing public interest law work during the summer to provide crucial legal services to those in need. This program exemplifies our school’s focus on public interest and giving back to the

community, while also providing our students an incredible opportunity to gain practical legal experience. The Law Fellowship awards stipends each year to students so they can work unpaid over the summer in the area of public interest law. This year COVID-19 has severely impacted our fundraising efforts and we are counting on our community, now more than ever, to help us raise the necessary funds to get our Law Fellows out in our communities to perform vital legal work for our underserved communities.
