Our goal is not to just support Black Owned Businesses, but to create and inspire new African American Business Owners. To educate African American and those that posses the desire to work and help build our community. Through mentoring and workshops we will educate passionate entrepreneurs on subjects such as, on how to start a business, how to create a business plan, how to create Business strat
egies, how to manage finances, how to file taxes and take advantage of the legal tax breaks available. How to find investors, write grants, enroll in college, and find scholarships. We want to work with youth organizations to teach young kids the value of credit scores, the value of investing, How the economy works (Nationally and Globally). We want to work with our partners to develop language immersion camps and also instill in the youth the value of good health and good eating. (Religion will not be a focus however spirituality will). The first priority of National B.O.B. is the reshaping of the black community, to educate the willing and the youth, and to build wealth and independence in the African American communities. In an effort to support our over head and generate a profit we will have apparel available for our community to show their support of National B.O.B.. We will also have free workshops as well as some affordable fee based workshop with special guest speaker events. As we continue build relationships with our brother and sister B.O.B. groups across the globe the vision of a independent, educated, and self aware African American community will become reality.
