This is your October (FINAL) Reminder to register for the 2026 TACERA Fall Conference & Golf Tourney! All the information is on the TACERA Home Page (www.tacera1.org). All Conference Registrations must be submitted & paid by October 15 @ 5pm. Thank You to the over 105 Exhibitors that have registered for the Conference (TACERA Record). There are several Golf Sponsorships (Due October 9) still available for purchase.

REMINDER- Registration is OPEN for the 2026 TACERA Golf Tourney on Monday, October 19 in Waco at the Cottonwood Creek Golf Course. Deadline for Golf Sponsorships is Friday, October 9, 2026 at 5pm. TACERA would like to recognize our Title Sponsors for our Golf Event - Pinnacle Paving and Wright Asphalt. Please make sure to complete and submit the Registration / Sponsorship Form. There have been a few minor changes to the 2026 TACERA Conference and Innovation Showcase Agenda. Please give it a look on the website (www.tacera1.org) under the home page.

This year, both the Conference Agenda and Innovation Showcase Agenda are on the same document. This third tack of education sessions will add extra value to our 2026 Conference in Waco.

Please get your Conference Registrations in ASAP even if you have pay the invoice after October 1 (new Fiscal Year). TACERA needs to have our food order in to the Convention Center and Hotel on September 18. Thanks!

Again this year at the 2026 TACERA Conference - Innovation Showcase. This is a third track of education held in the Exhibit Hall of the Waco Convention Center near the permanent stage.

Signups for the Innovation Showcase will begin at 8am on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 for any 2026 PAID Exhibitors! For questions, please give Robert a holler at the office number listed on the TACERA website (www.tacera1.org).
