Third, we will show you how the online fitness program can work for you. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF YTZ FITNESS PROGRAM. THE YTZ FITNESS AND DEVELOPMENT, WILL-TRAIN YOUR MIND FIRST, AND EACH PERSON IN THE PROGRAM, TO BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION OF ACCOUNTABILITY TO GIVE YOURSELF PRIDE IN YOURSELF FOR THE PILLARS FOR GROWTH. The programs’ purpose is to provide you with the tools and resources needed, to

build a strong foundation. We believe that instilling the right principles of Leadership, Integrity and Accountability will provide the right Pillars for growth; both mentally and physically for everyone in the program.
