We are currently on the search for an honorary family for 2024. If you know of a child facing ANY medical challenge, head to our nominations page https://embracingbrave.org/nominate-a-child
to them nominated! Our honorary families use funds to go towards medical treatments, equipment, and making wishes come true for their child!

If you are interested in other ways to help, we are also on the search for community partners! If your business may be interested in partnering this year, head to https://embracingbrave.org/become-a-partner .

There, you will find the different partnerships that are available through our nonprofit. If you don't see what you had in mind message us, we want you part of our mission!

Still wondering how you can help? Volunteer and/or come join us at events and help us to bring a blessing to a family in the area!

We help children with things like medical equipment, going on special trips, therapy costs, housing needs, and more! Honorary families for the North Texas 5K will be chosen at the beginning of 2024. Giving Tuesday is here! Embracing Brave started 11 years ago to bless Jacqueline, and has now supported over 40 different families. In 2021 Embracing Brave was able to give $54,000 to our honorary families, because of you and your support! We need you today to continue our mission.

Our fundraiser has launched! Support ALL chapters of Embracing Brave (Formerly Just for J) this holiday season by purchasing a Giving Tuesday fundraiser shirt and sweatshirt! All proceeds will go toward supporting the Embracing Brave mission in DFW, Houston & Denver. You don't want to miss out! Which one is your favorite?
