Econautics is at Tarrant County College Northwest today to join other organizations in celebrating and bringing awareness to Earth Day. Great event and potential partners with other organizations.

This morning was spent with Fort Worth ISD education leaders and other interested organizations.

Why, you ask?

To discover the possibilities of partnering with the ISD as an education partner for students in K-8 over the summer and once a week during the school year.

Econautics is about educating young people in urban agriculture, making it fun, while practical. John, Tricia (pictured) and Dean were able to share this philosophy and explore opportunities with principals and educators today. Now we see what we can do to further the potential!

Our 2026 goals for fundraising are set. Operational and improvements, and most important of all, our purchase of the first Living Laboratory site in Woodhaven (east Fort Worth, TX).

University of Houston students from the School of Architecture dove in this afternoon! They are taking many photos and measuring the current structures on-site. This gives them the foundation (pun intended) to design exteriors that are connected to the vision for our Living Labratory.

It takes vision to see what can be, these students have it!
