Since its inception in 2013, Puritan Productions' hope is to engage and excite audiences about the Gospel in our unique, classical approach to Christian theater. We have performed dramas, such as "The Pilgrim’s Progress", "A Wretched Like Me", "Martin Luther", with ballet and chorus, in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin areas, receiving numerous accolades and community-wide support each year. During Fall 2018, we performed"Amazing Grace" in both Austin and Garland, Texas. In March 2019, Puritan Productions again presented "The Pilgrim's Progress", across the Atlantic in Johannesburg, South Africa and received much blessings from the Lord and His beautiful children in the vicinity of Kwa Thema in South Africa. After a two year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Puritan Productions has ventured into film production with the same goal to deliver Christian doctrines through the arts. Our first attempt was in making a short film entitled "God Has Wronged Me" - a modern day adaptation of the Book of Job. Our latest short is entitled "Lavished with Grace: Our Alzheimer's Story". Never expecting that her husband would be diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, a loving wife navigates through the obstacles that come with being a caregiver, yet being upheld by the grace of God
