Think: old world apothecary vibes, garden tour, seed planting, plant swapping, and good people.

Meet the Garden Girlies Club, and join us this Saturday to hang with them during this month’s field trip. We love connecting with diverse communities and supporting womxn doing big things. We are a fan of what they do and want to drink coffee, surrounded by art and plants and “yap about our gardens” with them. Come make new friends, bring friends and check out a lovely coffee shop in the north side called Portico.

Perimenopause starts earlier than most of us think — often in our mid-30s.

In a few days we’ll be attending a screening of The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause, a powerful new documentary exploring perimenopause symptoms, solutions, and real women’s stories.

A few members of the She Dares Collective will be there too, and we’d love to see familiar faces in the room.

The evening includes:
✨ the film screening
✨ an expert panel + Q&A
✨ and a call to action for women’s health

This event is hosted by the Maternal and Reproductive Health Equity Research Lab at University of Texas at Arlington. .mrhelab
