Last month, we kicked off our new FWFWF × The Culinary School of Fort Worth Industry Insights partnership with INDUSTRY INSIGHTS: AFTER HOURS at The Fort Worth Club.

More than 60 chefs, restaurant leaders, hotel teams, country club pros, and hospitality professionals came together for an evening of learning, leadership, and good conversation.

Chef Charles Carroll of River Oaks Country Club led an engaging conversation on training sous chefs, building stronger teams, and creating a kitchen culture that lasts. But just as valuable were the conversations happening around the room.
