Junior Woman's Club of Fort Worth We are a department of The Woman's Club of FW. What are the departments? The Junior Woman's Club of Fort Worth is made up of 12 unique groups called departments.

Founded in 1926, Junior Woman's Club (JWC) is a dynamic club of women under 40 who come together for fun, friendship and the study of various disciplines from culinary arts and drama to wellness and dance. Each department has a different focus and a variety of meeting times. The majority of departments meet at night while a couple meet during the day. Some departments are large, while others are m

Legacy is the art of honoring the past while building for the future. Through JWC’s Legacy Fund, we have been able to preserve and restore Margaret Meacham Hall in meaningful ways, including replacing shutters in the JWC Board Room, updating the Past Presidents Gallery, installing new carpet on the main level, refinishing the upper-level floors, completing an upper-level bathroom makeover, repairing and replacing windows, and renovating the downstairs informal area now known as The Legacy Room. Each improvement is more than a project, it is a commitment to protecting the beauty, history, and spirit of this special home for the women who came before us and the generations still to come.
