The Highland Hills Neighborhood Association is an organized body of proud Highland Hills residents who represents the citizens of Highland Hills and serve as a voice for the community. Our mission is to enhance community pride and assure that each citizen of Highland Hills has a high quality of life. We meet on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Highland Hills Community Center loca
