My Brother's Keeper Texas In February 2014 President Barack Obama launched the My Brother's Keeper (MBK) program to help young men of color overcome barriers to success.

The MBK Texas program is run by S.T.E.P.C. a Nonprofit 501 (c)(3) Organization.
