The Lone Star Council of Charitable Gift Planners helps maximize the value of charitable giving for nonprofit organizations and donors by helping:

•Fundraising Professionals provide the most meaningful
charitable giving experience for donors

•Financial Planning Professionals provide their clients with
excellent advice on charitable giving and estate planning

•Nonprofit Managers

and Trustees better accomplish the
missions of their organizations through meaningful
philanthropic planning

Our local, Lone Star Council meetings provide a forum to share expertise, ideas and knowledge. In addition, our programs offer our members and the community timely information about giving trends, financial strategies, donor behaviors and marketing.

We'll be joined by three Texas Christian University staff members who work in Prospect Development and Advancement Research for a panel discussion that will be driven by YOUR real-life questions.

This session will be practical and useful for anyone in planned giving - Beginners as well as seasoned professionals. Large shop or small shop. Everyone will leave with a helpful take away for researching planned giving prospects.

Our friends at the Dallas Council of Charitable Gift Planners are hosting a 2-part introductory gift planning seminar called "Gift Planning on the Run: GP 101". These seminars are in person only.

The first session is Tuesday, May 12 from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM at Pegasus Park in Dallas, Texas.

Member Pricing of $99 is being extended to Lone Star Council Members! (Non Member Pricing is $149.)
