What many people fail to realize is that Black Americans often hold deeply rooted conservative values, including faith, family, personal responsibility, individual liberty, and limited government.
For too long, political loyalty has sometimes overshadowed honest conversations about our core beliefs and values. I believe that is beginning to change.
Our values should determine our political choices—not political parties, personalities, or traditions.
It is time to think independently, question political narratives, and demand respect, equal opportunity, and accountability from those seeking our support.
Our voices matter. Our values matter. Our independence matters.
No political party owns our votes. We must think for ourselves and hold every party accountable.
And this is for everyone! We all know the difference between right and wrong.
