Sunday Reminder: Parents Need a Reset, Too

You spent the week taking care of everybody.

Meals.

School.

Work.

Appointments.

Transportation.

Homework.

Laundry.

Problems.

Questions.

More questions. 😂

Before another week begins, give yourself permission to reset.

Rest doesn’t mean you aren’t productive.

Sometimes rest is exactly what allows you to keep showing up for the people depending on you.

Choose ONE:

• Share an HFCC post.

• Tag a local business.

• Introduce us to a school administrator.

• Tell someone about the Fostering Success Incentive Program.

• Invite a friend to volunteer.

• Ask your employer about community partnerships.

• Make a donation.

• Donate a student incentive.

You don’t have to do everything.
