This is a leadership program that is designed to encourage our young girls to become leaders in the community. We encourage the young ladies to further their education and set goals towards becoming the woman God has called them to be. We encourage and support them through this journey by providing network, public speaking classes, career and college information, as well as leading them to underst
anding the beauty they carry inside as an individual. We help build leaders for the community to break barriers and reach for higher goals in our education. I hope to see each and everyone there supporting these young ladies and applauding them for their hard work, dedication, and endurance to complete this milestone in their lives.
