💙🤍 Happy 100th Birthday to our Beloved Chapter Sister, Dr. Opal Lee! 🤍💙

Today, we join Fort Worth, the nation, and the sisterhood of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Psi Zeta Chapter, in celebrating a monumental milestone—the 100th birthday of our extraordinary soror, Dr. Opal Lee!

Affectionately known worldwide as the "Grandmother of Juneteenth," Dr. Lee’s life is a masterclass in resilience, community uplift, and unyielding perseverance. From her decades of service as a teacher and counselor in Fort Worth ISD to walking miles to Washington, D.C. to ensure Juneteenth was recognized as a federal holiday, she has forever changed the fabric of American history.

We are profoundly proud to claim her as a pillar of our Fort Worth Chapter. Her life embodies the Zeta principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. Honor her Legacy and join us in supporting the Freedom 1920 Juneteenth Museum campaign at the link in bio.

Giving back to our community, one mile at a time! 💙🧹 The Psi Zeta chapter had a great time keeping our adopted highway clean and showing some love to the community we call home alongside our brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc - Alpha Theta Sigma. 🌎✨

✨ Welcome Home ✨

Life will take each of us down different paths. Some journeys are straight, while others are filled with unexpected turns, seasons of growth, and moments of rediscovery. No matter where life leads, there is one constant—our sisterhood.

The light of Zeta continues to shine, illuminating the way with Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. It is that light that reminds every Soror that she is never walking alone and that there will always be a path leading her back home.

To every Soror near and far, whether you’ve been close by or away for a while, know that your place in this sisterhood remains. The light is on, the path is lit, and your Psi Zeta Sorors are always ready to welcome you home.

💙 Welcome home, Soror. Your journey may be uniquely yours, but the light of Zeta will always guide you back.🤍
