We are so grateful to offer this meaningful and impactful resource to our Fort Worth community!

At 5th Street Cafe we provide opportunities for connection, support, creativity, and engagement for individuals living with dementia and their care partners.

This Wednesday, we look forward to another special gathering featuring music therapy sponsored by James L. West Senior Day Program and Home Care🎶

Programs like these reflect our mission to provide meaningful support, deepen connections, and improve the lives of those impacted by dementia.

🍂💜 What a beautiful afternoon of fall fun and community at 5th Street Café!

We enjoyed celebrating the season with festive fall crafts, creativity, and plenty of smiles! 🍁🎨 We are very appreciative of our volunteers, including nurses from Texas Health, medical students from UNT Health, and our amazing members of the community!

A big thank you to Civitas for generously sponsoring our lunch and helping make this special gathering possible!

We are so happy to have the support of your organization in our community! 💜

Last night, Kathryn Hankinson and Caroline Meekins attended the 2nd Annual Faces of Dementia, supporting the important work of Dementia Friendly Fort Worth. 💜

The evening was especially meaningful for Caroline, whose Mimi Ray was among the loved ones honored on the Faces of Dementia wall.

Behind every diagnosis is a person, a family, a lifetime of memories, and a story worth honoring. Events like this remind us to keep seeing the person first and to support the families who walk alongside them.

We are grateful to be part of a Fort Worth community that continues to bring awareness, connection, and support to families impacted by dementia.
