Sunday is the day! Can you imagine it? All your friends, in the Rose Chapel, belting out White Wedding together?

That’s why the Southside Sing-Along Karaoke Choir was created, but with your help we will become a monthly event and an institution of community groove in this town! We hope you will be there in the beginning and dream and grow and expand with us!

We will have Food, we will have drinks, we will have a vendor market with pop-up tattoos, vintage clothes, embroidery, and much much more!

The Mutant Bazaar is Fort Worth's longest running Night Market and Movie series!

The NIGHT MARKET starts at 5PM and features over 40 local artists, collectors, makers, mystics, and more! There's a whole room dedicated to Horror, Oddities, and Mysticism.

At 7pm, you can check out the VINTAGE VIDEO PRESHOW. The Movie Mutant has curated a collection of the weirdest movie trailers, music videos, and oddball clips to perfectly accompany the night’s theme.

Then at 8pm, we're showing a RATED R MUSICAL. Runtime is approximately 90 minutes.

SPH Presents: Gary Nicholson & Change in the Ballroom!

Sunday, August 16th
5:00pm to 9:00pm

Once again we get to welcome Gary Nicholson into our space, this time with his full band and in our Ballroom! This show will definitely fall into the "not to be missed" category. There will be a full bar for your enjoyment, so come and spend a little time with us and some great music.

While his name may not be instantly familiar, music aficionados will recognize a few of the more than 600 songs Garland, Texas native Gary Nicholson has penned through the last four decades; songs that have been recorded by artists ranging from Willie Nelson and George Strait to Ringo Starr and Buddy Guy.

The two-time Grammy award winner and Texas and Nashville Songwriter’s Hall of Fame member generally takes a back seat to fame.

He steps out front with his new release, Common Sense (Qualified Records). After a lifetime of contribution to American culture through music making, Nicholson has focused on addressing the current polarity in politics with this 12-song collection that speaks to the divisions our country now faces with hope and humor.

"I still believe strongly that music can impact people’s lives in many ways. Sometimes all it needs to do is make you sing and dance and laugh and love, sometimes it can make you think, sometimes offer solace in hard times,” Nicholson said. “I feel music is most impactful when listened to with the heart as well as the ears.”
