Black, Tan and Brown Caucus The Black, Tan and Brown Caucus will focus on training, education and community development in “pockets of poverty and promise” within our city.

In a historic decision to come together to address issues of common concern, black, white and brown leaders caucused to help create spiritual restoration, equality and human dignity, economic prosperity, and peaceful participation in the political process within the community. While some may question how long the Black, Tan and Brown Caucus will remain together, no one can question our desire to c

reate a more inclusive community, especially for those who are disenfranchised and are currently under disadvantaged circumstances.
