The Friendship Force of Fort Worth

The Friendship Force of Fort Worth Friendship Force promotes cultural understanding through direct interaction between peoples of different countries and cultures.

Our hallmark activity is the home stay, in which members or guests of one club will be hosted in the homes of members of a different club, typically in a different country. Other exchanges may involve people from different locations coming together to participate in a exchange around themes such as education, gardening, quilting, and various professions. For those who may feel uncomfortable with t

he home stay approach, Friendship Force International offers opportunities to visit other countries and interact with their people, while sleeping in commercial accommodations. There are also other international and local opportunities to participate in activities to promote greater cultural understanding throughout the world.

FFFW DAY TRIP TO THE MEADOWS MUSEUM

You and your friends are invited to join Friendship Force of Fort Worth journey to the Meadows Museum of Art on the SMU campus - 5900 Bishop Blvd., Dallas on May 14, 2026.

The docent-led tour includes two important artistic dynasties of Spain. Raimundo de Madrazo (1841-1920) was a renowned genre and portrait painter. Fernando Yanez de la Almedina (1475-1537) was Spain's foremost renaissance painter.

We plan to go to Dallas on the TRE to visit their current exhibits of those two Spanish painters.

If you are interested in going and to receive more details, contact Jeri Edmunds by email [email protected] or phone (682) 559-9335.
