The North Texas District Export Council is proud to host an export compliance program for export professionals from across Texas. Stay up to date with the continuously changing export regulations. And while you are at it, visit the famous Texas Motor Speedway.

Compliance with U.S. export control laws has become of ever increasing importance for U.S. exporters large and small. The consequences of failing to comply with these laws can often be severe, and as a local Fortune 500 firm discovered, result in serious financial penalties. A panel of speakers from relevant government export control enforcement agencies will discuss what these consequences are as well as the role of their agencies in export compliance enforcement. See the Brochure.

Come and learn what the consequences are for your organization if you fail to comply with the export regulations. Speakers from the following agencies and companies will be presenting:

- Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Todd Marr, Special Agent,
- Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Dean Fittz, Special Agent
- Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) Amie Lynn Brown, Agent
- Flow Serve, Scott Sullivan, VP of Global Trade & Compliance
- Global Eyes, Brooke Butler, CEO

If you're an exporter today or expect to begin exporting in 2012 or beyond being knowledgeable as to the consequences of export compliance failure could save your business thousands or even millions of dollars. The choice is yours; you can learn from the experts today or face the consequences of non-compliance tomorrow.
