F&C Supervised Visitation Services is in need of an Observer for a short term 2-3 month assignment starting Tuesday, April 12th in the East Fort Worth office, 3 days a week (Tue, Wed & Thursday). MUST be available and committed to work all 3 days and hours need.

Tuesday 1pm-8pm
Wednesday 12pm-7pm
Thursday 12pm-7pm

What is Supervised Visitation Services?

Supervised visitation is contact between a noncustodial party and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person. The supervised visitation professional will observe and provide documentation of the visit. Visitation Services are available to assist parents and the court in assuring the safety of children through supervised interaction between the children and adults.

The goals for visitations are to:

-To sustain relationships and maintain healthy attachments between parent and child, or other significant people (siblings, grandparents, extended family)
-Observe how parents behave towards their children and interact with each other
-Observe how children react with and around their parents
-Ensure children’s safety while the right of access is preserved
-Support and coach families in reaching parenting goals

Case rate - $15 per hour
