Erica's accomplishment is even more inspiring because she achieved it while balancing so many important roles. She is a devoted wife, an amazing mom to two children, a dedicated leader serving our mentoring clients, and now an MBA graduate.

💡 Can AI improve financial coaching? Absolutely, but only when it's built with people in mind.

A new brief from the Financial Health Network, The Data Gap in AI Financial Guidance Tools, explores how artificial intelligence has the potential to make financial guidance more accessible, but also highlights the importance of using data that reflects the experiences of people who are often underserved by traditional financial systems. Without inclusive data, AI tools can miss the mark for the people who could benefit most.

At Pathfinders, we've embraced technology in a way that strengthens, not replaces, human connection. 🤝

We've invested in automation to streamline enrollment, follow-up communications, and other administrative tasks. By reducing the time our coaches spend on paperwork and clerical work, they're able to spend more time where it matters most: building relationships, providing one-on-one financial coaching, and helping clients create lasting behavior change.

Technology should make services more efficient, but people are still at the heart of transformation. Lasting financial wellbeing isn't built by algorithms alone; it's built through trust, accountability, encouragement, and personalized coaching.

For 16 years, Anne Gifford, Director of Parents and Partners of Prisoners, has been a valued partner in Pathfinders' mission to support individuals returning to the community after incarceration.

Through her dedication and expertise, Anne has faithfully facilitated family reunification workshops for participants in our Pathways to Success reentry program, helping individuals rebuild relationships, strengthen family connections, and navigate the challenges of reunification.

The journey home involves more than securing employment and housing—it also means restoring trust, healing relationships, and reconnecting with loved ones. Anne's compassionate leadership has helped countless individuals and families take meaningful steps toward that goal.
