Dear Community:

The North Fort Worth area is growing, and Heritage Glen is part of the growth.

A new assisted living and memory care facility is scheduled to be built at the intersection of Heritage Glen Dr and North Beach St.

Construction will start in late June 2023, with an estimated completion in September 2024.

1. Lamplighter Trail Drive will be extended on the north side of Heritage Glen Dr., to allow for a new driveway into the new facility.
- The City of Fort Worth mandated the entrance to the new facility and the sidewalk requirements, as well as the building facing West
2. Three or more trees will come down to make way for the sidewalk and the extension of Lamplighter Trail Dr., as a new entrance driveway.
3. The white fence will be removed for the sidewalk and retaining wall.
4. The panel fence at the front of the entrance to the North of the Heritage Glen monument and the monument itself will be removed to make way for a retaining wall and sidewalk.
- The City of Fort Worth requires redesigning the intersection for new crosswalks and crosswalk signals on the North side of Heritage Glen Dr at Beach Street.

If you have any questions concerning the construction, please attend the Annual HOA Board Meeting on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., via the Zoom invite sent out this past week.

NOTICE: Annual Meeting and Election of Board Members

Dear Homeowners:

You will soon receive notice of the Annual Meeting of the Members of Heritage Glen Homeowners' Association, Inc. An Annual Meeting packet containing formal notice of this meeting will be mailed to all owners at a later date.

The meeting will be held for the following purposes:

1. To elect 5 new Board Member(s).
2. To transact any other properly presented business.

During the Annual Meeting, the owners will elect member(s) to the Board. In anticipation of the Annual Meeting, the current Board would like to extend to you the opportunity to nominate yourself for election to the Board. Nominations are open to any owner. The Board of Directors, which plays a very important part in the future of our community, is made up of volunteers who serve without any compensation from the Association.

We encourage your participation in the Association. As you know, the Association has many important functions, including maintenance of common areas and landscaping, budgeting for current and future expenses, communicating with owners, and managing and collecting assessments.

Please find your Board Member Candidate Profile form by logging into your association's website at spectrumam.com or logging into the SpectrumAM mobile app and selecting the "Board Member Candidate Profile Form" tab.

The deadline for submitting nominations is 5 p.m. on Monday, March 27, 2023. Be advised that the names of individuals submitted via a Board Member Candidate Profile form will be listed on the absentee ballot (included with the Annual Meeting notice), as well as on the voting ballot to be handed out at the Annual Meeting.

We are getting a Torchy's Tacos, CAVA, Black Rifle Coffee Company, Dash Nail Spa and others, with planned openings for early 2023. To be anchored by the region’s first H-E-B grocery store, the new additions will be located north of Heritage Trace, on the east side of Hillwood Parkway, adjacent to Bluestem Park, a 14-acre natural oasis in the heart of Alliance Town Center.

This is an additional phase to the existing Grub Burger Bar and others along Heritage Trace.
