The first-ever Resurrection Roubaix is officially in the books. 58 miles of gravel, near triple-digit heat, and a crew of 40 people who refused to let the route win.

Huge thanks to Arundel Bike Company and Trek Ride Club Dallas Fort Worth for backing this thing from day one, and to Dan James for capturing so much of the chaos on film.

This was just the first one. See you out there next time.

We dug up these awesome patches and threw them on some hats!

This was a trial run and have already sold out of the green but have 2 yellow and a few black hats in stock with another order coming in soon.

Come help us trim back the overgrowth at Sansom Park! This Saturday, 5/30, at 8am we will have tools available but bring some if you have them! Otherwise, bring gloves and hydration!

Let's get that energy from the pump track post into maintaining our current trails!

Do you want a dirt pump track in our community?!

Do you want to help FWMBA make that a reality?!?! Here is your chance!

We have been approached for consideration to build and maintain a dirt pump track in Fort Worth. I think it is a great opportunity but we need volunteers to make it happen. We also need someone to step up and take lead on this project from proposal to build and beyond. If you're interested in this please email me at [email protected]

Meet your new FWMBA Interim Membership Director!

Hello there!  I'm Paula, and I like bikes.  I started my cycling journey by trading in 8 wheels for 2 when I realized Roller Derby was not kind to my body.  I started on a road bike, and quickly realized that I liked dirt better.  I was a part of Dirt Side Sisters for 10 years and loved coaching beginners.  (Sadly MTB hasn't been super kind to my body either, but I'm not giving it up!)  I do identify as an E-Mountain Biker, but you'll catch me riding my analog MTB and Gravel bike on occasion.  I'm excited to start this chapter with FWMBA and look forward to seeing everyone on the trails!

Don't go Courtney!

With great sadness and excitement we are announcing that Courtney, our Membership Director, has stepped down from the board after 2 years as she will be moving away.

In the short time I've got to volunteer (work for free) along Courtney she has shown to be a great asset to the FWMBA. Showing up when needed writing emails for events and single handedly filling out and mailing membership cards to name a few things.

It is hard finding dedicated volunteers and that she was. So, most importantly, she did not want to step away fully until a replacement was found. The FWMBA is very thankful for that, more to come.
