The NCHA Clinic Series presented by the NCHA Foundation recently traveled to Ontario, Canada, bringing together cutters eager to learn, improve, and connect with fellow horsemen and women.

Over several days, participants gained valuable insight through hands-on instruction from Hall of Fame trainers Paul Hansma and Bill Riddle, while Cody Smith led an informative Judges' Seminar designed to deepen competitors' understanding of the rulebook and judging process. The clinic concluded with a mock show, giving attendees the opportunity to apply their new knowledge and skills in the show pen.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Ontario and helped make this clinic such a success. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support and strengthen the cutting horse community across North America.

Due to a scheduling conflict at the Will Rogers Memorial Center, the NCHA will amend the dates of the 2026 NCHA Metallic Cat World Championship Futurity.

The event will now be held November 16 – December 12, 2026, instead of the previously scheduled dates of November 9 – December 5, 2026.

As a result of this adjustment, the conclusion of the 2026 NCHA point year will also move from November 8, 2026, to November 15, 2026.

We appreciate the understanding and support of our members, exhibitors, and industry partners as we implement these necessary scheduling changes. Additional event information and updates will be communicated as they become available.
